Our Classes

Pilates is a form of exercise that aims to strengthen the whole body, paying particular emphasis on core strength, which helps to rebalance the muscles around the joints and improves flexibility and mobility.

Pilates is great for rehabilitation after injury, and it compliments all types of fitness and sports. And most importantly, it prevents injuries and muscular imbalances.

Pilates Sunderland

Pilates Mat

This is a great class for anyone! You’ll perform Pilates exercises on a mat on the floor, sometimes using small equipment and props to challenge or support an exercise.

If you have an injury, please get in touch to arrange an induction before joining a class.

 
Pilates Reformer Sunderland

Pilates Reformer

The Pilates Reformer machine was created by Joseph Pilates. It’s a machine using springs and pulleys, and you’ll perform exercises lying, standing, and sitting on it.

It’s suitable for everyone, and we offer these as part of our private one to one classes or two sharing a session. Please contact us directly for more info, to check availability and to book.

 
Pilates Circuit Sunderland

Virtual Pilates

When you book a virtual class you will receive an email with the link to join the class live via Zoom. Plus you will automatically be emailed the recording for 7 days so if you can’t join live you can do the recording at a convenient time as many times as you want over the 7 days.

Private One-to-One Sessions

These sessions are tailor-made for each individual, whether you’re recovering from an injury, or want to increase your fitness level for a special event, or build your confidence before joining group class.
